Professor S.W. Chang is a distinguished Professor at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. His research interests include gas turbine blade cooling, electronic cooling, and heat transfer enhancement.

Xing-Gang Yan received the B.S. degree from Shaanxi Normal University, Xi’an, China, in 1985, the M.S. degree from Qufu Normal University, Jining, China, in 1991, and the Ph.D. degree in engineering from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 1997.,He was a Research Fellow/Associate with The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong; Nanyang Technological University, Singapore; and the University of Leicester, Leicester, U.K. He is currently a Senior Lecturer with the University of Kent, Canterbury, U.K. He was a Lecturer with Qingdao University, Qingdao, China, from 1991 to 1994. His research interests include sliding mode control, decentralized control, fault detection and isolation, control and observation of nonlinear systems, and time-delay systems with applications.,Dr. Yan is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Engineering Research and Science and Technology.

Doctor Mark James Jackson is the McCune and Middlekauff Endowed Professor and University Faculty Fellow at Kansas State University. Dr. Jackson also conducts teaching and research in the area of naval architecture. In 2002, he became associate professor of mechanical engineering and faculty associate in the Centre for Manufacturing Research, Centre for Electric Power, and Centre for Water Resources and Utilization at Tennessee Technological University and a faculty associate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Dr. Xianguo Li is a Professor of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering, University Research Chair (2014-2021), and the Director for the Fuel Cell and Green Energy Laboratory at the University of Waterloo. His research interests include hydrogen generation and hydrogen fuel cells, liquid fuel atomization and sprays, and green energy systems, as well as the thermal management of power batteries for electric vehicles. Dr. Li has published extensively, including the book “Principles of Fuel Cells” (single-authored) and “Fuel Cells for Transportation: Fundamental Principles and Applications” (co-edited). Dr. Md Hossam-E-Haider received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electrical Engineering from Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur, Bangladesh in 1990 and M.Sc. degree in Optical Fiber Communication from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2005. He completed his Ph.D. in Satellite Navigation from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA) in 2000. He joined Bangladesh Air Force in 1990. Now he is a professor, Department of Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering (EECE) at Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) at Dhaka in Bangladesh. A demonstrated academician in Electrical & Electronic Engineering having experience of more than 20 years as Professor, Head of the Department and Dean of the Faculty. He is also an Air Commodore of Bangladesh Air Force. His research interest includes Satellite Navigation (GNSS), RADAR Engineering, Antenna Design, Optical Fiber Communication and Renewable Energy. He had published more than 75 research papers in different International conferences and journals. He supervised a good number of undergrad and post-grad thesis students. He successfully implemented few research project in Bangladesh Air Force. He is a reviewer of different conference and journal and reviewed more than 2000 papers. He served as external examiner of Ph D students from home and abroad. He acted as a Technical Chair iCEEiCT - 2014 & 2016 and Technical Co-Chair iCEEiCT - 2015. He was named coordinator of IEEE Bangladesh section in 2016 and he is presently holding the position of councilor of MIST IEEE Student Branch. He is an IEEE Senior Member. He belongs to member COMSOC, Life fellow IEB, Life Fellow BES, member BCS.
