Doctor Mark James Jackson is the McCune and Middlekauff Endowed Professor and University Faculty Fellow at Kansas State University. Dr. Jackson also conducts teaching and research in the area of naval architecture. Dr. Xianguo Li is a Professor of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering, University Research Chair (2014-2021), and the Director for the Fuel Cell and Green Energy Laboratory at the University of Waterloo. Professor Yu obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Associateship of the City and Guilds of London Institute, Doctor of Philosophy and Diploma of Imperial College from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine UK in 1987 and 1991 respectively. He is a Chartered Engineer (UK), Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (UK), Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (UK), Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and Chartered Engineer in Transportation and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore. Professor Yu’s research interest is on non-intrusive measurement techniques for fluid flow such as, Laser-Doppler Anemometry, Phase-Doppler Anemometry, Particle Image Velocimetry and Planar Laser Induced Fluorescence, and their applications to aerodynamics, propulsion, turbulent mixing flows, biofluid mechanics, environmental fluid mechanics and fundamental plume and jet studies. Professor is trainer for holistic gas turbine in Rolls Royce Singapore since 2008. He is an Independent Non-Executive Director of SBS Transit Ltd from 2018-2024. Air Commodore Dr. Md Hossam-E-Haider received the B.Sc. in Electrical and Electrical Engineering from Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur, Bangladesh in 1990 and M.Sc. in Optical Fiber Communication from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2005. He completed his PhD in Satellite Navigation from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA), Beijing, China in 2000. He joined Bangladesh Air Force in 1990 as Flying Officer and retired in 2019 as Air Commodore. Now he is a professor, Department of Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering (EECE) at Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) in Dhaka Bangladesh. A demonstrated academician in Electrical & Electronic Engineering having experience of more than 20 years as Professor, Head of the Department and Dean of the Faculty. His research interest includes Satellite Navigation (GNSS), RADAR Engineering, Antenna Design, Optical Fiber Communication and Renewable Energy. He had published more than 105 research papers in different International conferences and journals. He supervised a good number of undergrad and post-grad thesis students. He successfully implemented few research projects in Bangladesh Air Force and MIST. He is a reviewer of different conference and journal and reviewed more than 2000 papers. He served as external examiner of PhD and M.Sc. students from home and abroad. Dr. Wei Li is a professor at National Research Center of Pumps, Jiangsu University, China. He obtained his BE in 2003, ME in 2005 and PhD in Engineering in Fluid Machinery from Jiangsu University in 2012, and worked there since 2006. He was a visiting scholar in professor Ramesh Agarwal’s group at Department of Mechanical Engineering & Materials Science, Washington University in St. Louis from 2017-2018. He is currently the deputy director of National Research Center of Pumps, and the director of the Key Laboratory in Energy Saving Technology of Pump and System of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry. 2016 he served as Vice-Secretary of Drainage and Irrigation Equipment Division of Chinese Society for Agricultural Machinery, 2019 he served as Secretary-General of Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics Discipline Union of Universities in Jiangsu Province, 2020 he served as vice-President of China National Evaluation Measurement Test Alliance of Flow Meter. His research interest is focused on designing and optimization of advanced devices for high-efficiency pumped storage and hydropower utilization, particularly of energy loss mechanism in mixed-flow pump. He has published more than 170 papers, hold 39 patents and published 3 books. His work has been recognized by several awards including the National Science and Technology Award (Second Class) of China, the National Teaching Achievement Award (Second Class) of China, the Industry-University-Research Cooperation innovation Achievement Award (First Class) of China, the Science and Technology Award (Second Class) of Chinese ministry of education, the Science and Technology Award (Third Class) of Jiangsu Province (China) and the Silver award of the first China Dual-use Technology Innovation and Application Competition.

Dr. Laihao Yang received his BS and PhD degrees in the School of Mechanical Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University. He was a research fellow in the Structural Dynamics & Acoustic Systems Laboratory (SDASL) at the University of Massachusetts (US) from 2018 to 2019 and Westlake University (CN) from 2023 to 2024. Dr. Laihao Yang is currently the tenure associate professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Xi’an Jiaotong University and the vice director of the UIC Center for structural health monitoring of rotating machines. He served as a committee member for the Dynamic Signal Analysis of CSVE and Intelligent Robots of CCF, Guest Editor of Sensors, Session Chair of ICSMD, ICIRA, and SES annual meeting, and IEEE/ASME member. His research interests are nonlinear vibration modeling and analysis, data-driven modeling and control, AI for science, flexible sensing, and soft robotics.

Yousef FARHAOUI is Professor at IDMS Team, Moulay Ismail University, Faculty of sciences and Techniques, Morocco.
