Professor S.W. Chang is a distinguished Professor at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. His research interests include gas turbine blade cooling, electronic cooling, and heat transfer enhancement.

Doctor Mark James Jackson is the McCune and Middlekauff Endowed Professor and University Faculty Fellow at Kansas State University. Dr. Jackson also conducts teaching and research in the area of naval architecture. Tang Chenglong, male, is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Energy and Power Engineering of Xi'an Jiaotong University. After receiving a doctorate in power engineering and engineering thermophysics from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2011, he stayed at the school to teach and was a visiting scholar at Princeton University. Isak Karabegović is a member of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina and a full professor at the University of Bihać. Ruiqi Shen He was born in June 1963. He is currently a professor at the Sino-French School of Engineers at Beihang University and director of the Sino-French Science and Education Center at the Aeroengine Research Institute of Beihang University. By assuming transfer perturbations, a new mechanism for the generation of non-equilibrium turbulence is proposed. A multi-scale definition is proposed to provide theoretical support for non-equilibrium turbulence. A new reasonable subgrid scale model is proposed. Explain that nonequilibrium turbulence is important in aeroengines. A new turbulence model considering non-equilibrium properties is proposed to improve the simulation of angular separation. Published more than 50 papers included in SCI. Contributions are collected by the NASA Turbulence Model Database and used by the Whittle Laboratory. The new model has been used in actual projects to improve the flow accuracy of high-speed fans by at least 15%.

Professor Zhaosen Liu received Ph.D degree in solid state physics from TU-Dresden, Germany, in 1999. Before 2007, he proposed a few quantum approaches to investigate the roles played by the crystal-field levels and RKKY interactions, and to estimate magnetic transition temperatures of rare-earth materials. In 2008, he built a two-sublattice model to describe antiferromagnetic rare-earth systems, which solved a serious difficulty faced by many experimental physicists. Since 2010, he has been working on developing quantum computational methods to study low dimensional magnetic materials. The application of quantum theory facilitate the computing codes to tunnel through energy barriers and quickly converge to the equilibrium states of the magnetic systems. The Quantum Monte Carlo, one of his computational methods, was further optimized in 2018, so that the calculated results obtained in the final computing iteration were able to generate periodic spin configurations, for instance, of two-dimensional antiferromagnetic skyrmionic crystals, which had not been produced in simulations before. He found in simulations that both ferroeletric/antiferroelectric skyrmionic crystals were induced by ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic skyrmionic crystals respectively in 2D multiferroic materials, especially, the topological charges of ferroeletric crystals were quantized to be certain distinct values. Recently, he proposed a new computational method that incorporates quantum theory with micromagnetics, so that it is able to simulate the microscopic structures of magnetic and multiferroic materials at nonzero temperatures, which overcomes a hard theoretical difficulty existing in the field for many years.

She was and Visiting Professor at Kursk State University, Faculty of Algebra, Geometry and Didactics of Mathematics Theory (Kursk, Russia) within the Programme Education in Russia for Foreign Nationals of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation in 2022-2023. Dr. Wei Li is a professor at National Research Center of Pumps, Jiangsu University, China. He is currently the deputy director of National Research Center of Pumps, and the director of the Key Laboratory in Energy Saving Technology of Pump and System of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry. 2016 he served as Vice-Secretary of Drainage and Irrigation Equipment Division of Chinese Society for Agricultural Machinery, 2019 he served as Secretary-General of Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics Discipline Union of Universities in Jiangsu Province, 2020 he served as vice-President of China National Evaluation Measurement Test Alliance of Flow Meter. His research interest is focused on designing and optimization of advanced devices for high-efficiency pumped storage and hydropower utilization, particularly of energy loss mechanism in mixed-flow pump. He has published more than 170 papers, hold 39 patents and published 3 books. His work has been recognized by several awards including the National Science and Technology Award (Second Class) of China, the National Teaching Achievement Award (Second Class) of China, the Industry-University-Research Cooperation innovation Achievement Award (First Class) of China, the Science and Technology Award (Second Class) of Chinese ministry of education, the Science and Technology Award (Third Class) of Jiangsu Province (China) and the Silver award of the first China Dual-use Technology Innovation and Application Competition.

Dr. Laihao Yang received his BS and PhD degrees in the School of Mechanical Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University. He was a research fellow in the Structural Dynamics & Acoustic Systems Laboratory (SDASL) at the University of Massachusetts (US) from 2018 to 2019 and Westlake University (CN) from 2023 to 2024. Dr. Laihao Yang is currently the tenure associate professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Xi’an Jiaotong University and the vice director of the UIC Center for structural health monitoring of rotating machines. He served as a committee member for the Dynamic Signal Analysis of CSVE and Intelligent Robots of CCF, Guest Editor of Sensors, Session Chair of ICSMD, ICIRA, and SES annual meeting, and IEEE/ASME member. Ajay Vikram Singh is a professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India.
